Ingredients

Tomatoes 2 small
Onion 1 medium
Coriander Leaves As required
Green chili One (As required)
Eggs 2 medium
Red chili 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Oil 2 Tbsp.

PREPARATION:
STEPS:
• Pour eggs into the bowl, beat eggs well with the help of a whisk and add salt and red chili to the bowl, and properly blend it.
• After that add tomatoes, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves into beaten eggs.
• Heat oil in a nonstick omelet pan -high heat until hot. POUR egg mixture into the pan. The mixture should set immediately at the edges.
• CONTINUE cooking and gently moving cooked portions as needed. Stir the cooking spoon gradually until the tomatoes will be soft.
• Cook approximately 3 to 4 min until the whole mixture properly cooked.
• After that with a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and INVERT or SLIDE omelet onto a plate. SERVE immediately.
