Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch on Monday night. Raj Kundra has been arrested (Raj Kundra Arrest) for making obscene films and displaying them through some apps. The news of his arrest has now spread all around. Mumbai Crime Branch is probing the matter. Mumbai Crime Branch says that Raj Kundra is coming out as a conspirator in this case and he also has sufficient evidence against Raj Kundra. A case was registered against Raj Kundra on February 4 this year by the Crime Branch, Malwani Police Station, Mumbai. A case was registered against him under the offense number- 103/2021. Raj Kundra was charged under sections 292, 293, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other sections including sections 67 and 67A under the Information Technology Act.
