पनीर हम सभी को पसंद होती हैं। पनीर को हम बहुत तरह की सब्जियों को बनाने मे इस्तेमाल करते हैं। आज मैं आपके लिए महारास्ट्र की एक बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध पनीर की रेसिपी लाई हू जिसका नाम हैं पनीर कोल्हापुरी ।
पनीर कोल्हापुरी पनीर की एक बहुत ही चटपटी सब्जी होती। जिसको खड़े मसलों और नारियल के मिश्रण से बनाया जाता हैं। पनीर कोल्हापुरी को बिना प्याज और लहसुन के बनाया जाता हैं। फिर भी इसका ज़ायका बहुत ही लज़ीज़ होता हैं। इसको आप रोटी ,लच्छा पराठा और चावल सभी के साथ परोस सकते हैं। घर मे अगर कोई मेहमान आए तो आप उनको पनीर कोल्हापुरी खिला के तारीफ के पात्र बन सकते हैं।

The ingredients used in this paneer recipe are:
PANEER – ½ KG
TOMATO – 4
GREEN CHILLI – 2
GINGER – 1 INCH
CASHEW – ¼ CUP
DESICCATED COCONUT – 1/3 CUP
COOKING OIL – 3 TBSP
WHOLE CORRIANDER – 3 TBSP
TIL – 2 TSP
CUMIN – 2 TSP
FENNEL – 1 TSP
CINNAMON – 1 INCH
BLACK CARDOMOM – 1
GREEN CARDOMOM – 2
CLOVES – 4
BLACK PEPPER – 8-10
DRY RED CHILLI – 2
SALT - AS PER TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – 1 TSP
HING – 1 PINCH
CORRIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
