Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

Milk - 1/2 cup lukewarm
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/3 cup
powdered sugar - 1 cup
Coffee - 1 tsp
Hot water - 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Refined flour - 1.5 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
1/4 cup - hot water
Chocolate - 1/2 cup (chopped)
