असम में लगातार बारिश (Assam heavy rain) की वजह से हाहाकार मचा है। असम में बाढ़ (assam flood) ने तबाही मचाई है। मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण नदियों में जल स्तर बढ़ गया है, बाढ़ के पानी में कई गांव डूब गए हैं, जिससे सैकड़ों परिवार प्रभावित हुए हैं। भारी बारिश के चलते सड़कें भी पानी से लबालब हो गई हैं। ट्रेनें रद्द हो गई है। यहां कई लोग बेघर हुए, कई लोग मारे गए, फसलें नष्ट हो गई है, सड़कें टूट गईं. या यूं कहें कि जिंदगी ठप हो गई है।
