Robber rams police and drives wrong way down the road in bid to evade capture

Dramatic dashcam footage shows a robber ram cops who caught him just 25 minutes after he carjacked a delivery driver.
Jackie O’Neill, 22, was spotted on CCTV driving a white Citroen van in the early hours of the morning.
Minutes earlier, O’Neill had hauled the driver out of the vehicle in Linney Road, Leicester, before speeding off.
Police officers pursued O’Neill as he weaved dangerously in and out of traffic on January 12.
Footage shows O’Neill driving on the wrong side of the road on a roundabout and narrowly missing an oncoming car. He was jailed for two years and 11 months at Leicester Crown Court.
