Members of the Alliance of Hungarians have organized hundreds of events during the past six months at different locations around the country. The most important event of 2009, the National Convention of Hungarians that took place in Kunszentmiklós-Bösztörpuszta between August 21–23, (now, 13-15 th of august. 2010) was attended by thousands of volunteers and performers as well as more than 180,000 visitors.
