Here’s another fun fact: right before the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, we learned that Michael Phelps, America’s most decorated Olympian in history, trained at a facility that was financed with an SBA 504 loan.

Even though Mercantile wasn’t involved in the project, it’s great to know that the type of financing we do has played a part in the career of an extremely successful athlete.
