Archana experiments with her version of Chicken Khurana. A dhaba style, charcoal flavoured spicy chicken, is what she believes is the perfect Chicken Khurana! Watch the video to know the scrumpalicious recipe!

Ingredients:
400g chicken
1 cup brown onion paste
1 cup onion paste
3 tbsp curd
1 tbsp cream for garnish
2 tbsp pounded garlic ginger
powder of coriander (dhaniya) seeds, cumin seeds (jeera), cinnamon (dal chini) and cloves (lavang)
powder of couscous (khuskhus), red chilli powder (lal mirchi) and black pepper (kali mirch)
1 tbsp mix masala
1 tbsp cashew powder
salt according to taste
coriander for garnish
1 piece of coal
2-3 tbsp oil
