Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - What happens at the end of your bankruptcy if all debt is not paid in full? - I have one month to go before my bankruptcy is paid. I have been getting payroll deductions for the bankruptcy, however, during the summer months I don't get paid from my job because I am a substitute teacher. Therefore, I fell behind and still owe $1,000. It will be 60 months in Decemeber 09 and my attorney is telling me to pay the remaining balance before then. I explained to him that its difficult for me to come up with that kind of money and suggested they continue to take out of my payroll to recover the rest. He told me its the end of the bankruptcy and it should be paid. What will happen if I can't make this payment? Will my bankruptcy become discharged in a negative light or are there any other options? I truly want to pay the money, I just don't have it and can't borrow it. -
