Bhindi (ladyfinger) and Aloo (Potatoes) are common vegetables used across recipes and cuisines. In this Sindhi preparation, Veena combines them to make a delicious Bhindi and Aloo sabzi.

Ingredients:

250 gms Bhindis( Lady fingers)
2 medium sized potatoes
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 small bunch of coriander leaves , washed and chopped
8 to 10 flakes of garlic peeled
1 inch piece chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 medium sized tomato chopped into 1/2 inch size pieces
salt to taste
3 tbps oil
