Al-Nawawi's Forty / Second Hadith - by Imam Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him - in the rehab of the voice - Muhammad Hamdan
تعريف بالإمام النووي اسمه ونسبه الإمامُ النوويّ هو يحيى بن شرف بن مري الحزامي النوويّ،[١] وقيل هو مُحيي الدّين بن شرف بن مُري بن حسن بن حسين الحزاميّ، النوويّ الدمشقيّ، ويُكنّى بأبي زكريا، ويُنسب إلى الحُزامي وهو جده، وأمّا نسبته إلى النّووي فبسبب مدينته نوى وهي مدينة بالجولان في سوريا، وتوفّي في سنة ستمئة وستةٌ وسبعين من الهجرة.[٢]

The definition of Imam Al-Nawawi, his name and lineage, Imam Al-Nawawi is Yahya bin Sharaf bin Mari Al-Hazzami Al-Nawawi,[1] and it was said that he is Muhyi Al-Din bin Sharaf bin Murri bin Hassan bin Hussein Al-Hazzami, Al-Nawawi Al-Dimashqi, nicknamed Abu Zakaria. Because of his city of Nawa, a city in the Golan in Syria, he died in the year six hundred and seventy-six of the migration.[2]
منزلة الحديث:

◙ هذا الحديث الشريف أصل من أصول الدين، يتضمن أركان الإسلام الخمسة، وأركان الإيمان الستة، وأركان الإخلاص لله وحده لا شريك له، والساعة وأشراطها وآدابًا ولطائف كثيرة، وتسمية الإيمان والإسلام والإحسان كلها دينًا[1].



◙ قال القاضي عياض رحمه الله: هذا حديث عظيم قد اشتمل على جميع وظائف الأعمال الظاهرة والباطنة، وعلوم الشريعة كلها راجعة إليه، ومتشعبة منه[2].



◙ قال ابن رجب: هو حديث عظيم الشأن جدًّا، يشتمل على شرح الدين كله؛ ولهذا قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((هذا جبريل أتاكم يعلمكم دينكم))، بعد أن شرح درجة الإسلام، ودرجة الإيمان، ودرجة الإحسان، فجعل ذلك كله دينًا[3].



◙ قال القرطبي - رحمه الله -: فيصلح في هذا الحديث أن يقال فيه: إنه أم السنة؛ لما تضمنه من جمل علم السنة، كما سميت الفاتحة: أم القرآن؛ لما تضمنته من جمل معاني القرآن[4].



غريب الحديث:

◙ الرواية رواية مسلم: أمارتها: جمع أمارة، وهي العلامة.

◙ الأمَة: المملوكة.

◙ العالة: جمع عائل، وهو الفقير، من عال؛ أي: افتقر.

◙ رعاء: جمع راع.

◙ الشاء: الضأن والماعز، والواحدة شاة.

◙ مليًّا: وقتًا غير قصير.

modern status:

◙ This noble hadith is one of the fundamentals of the religion, and it includes the five pillars of Islam, the six pillars of faith, the pillars of sincerity to God alone who has no partner, the Hour and its signs, etiquette, and many cults, and naming faith, Islam and charity are all religion[1].



◙ Al-Qadi Iyad, may God have mercy on him, said: This is a great hadith that includes all the functions of outward and inward actions, and all the sciences of Sharia refer to it, and are branched from it[2].



◙ Ibn Rajab said: It is a very important hadith, which includes an explanation of the entire religion. That is why the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: ((This is Gabriel who came to teach you your religion)), after explaining the degree of Islam, the degree of faith, and the degree of charity, so he made all of that a religion [3].



Al-Qurtubi - may God have mercy on him - said: It is correct in this hadith to say: He is the mother of the Sunnah. Because it included the sentences of the knowledg
