Soda water 1-1/2 cup
Self-rising flour ½ cup
Soda 2 pinch
Oil for frying
Rice flour 2 tbsp

Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 small
Peas ¾ cup
Mint leaves 6-8
Salt, crushed black pepper as required
Tatar sauce ingredients:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Pickled cucumber 2 tbsp

Carrot 1
Ginger 1 small piece
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Onion 1 cup
Chicken cube 1
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water 4 cup
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Bay leaves 1
Cream 2 tbsp
Green coriander as required
