Christmas cake:

Ingredients

Butter 125gm
Sugar 65gm
Mix fruit 375gm
Eggs 3
Flour 70gm
Baking powder ½ tbsp
Black caramel 1 tbsp
Coco powder 1 tbsp
Honey 100gm
Water 200 ml

Method
Wash all fruits in honey water, now dry them , now beat butter with sugar till fluffy add eggs and add all dry ingredients now bake this batter fro 35 min on 180 deg and serve


Dates cookies :

Butter 250gm
Icing sugar 250gm
Dates 150gm
Maida 300gm
White chocolate chips 150gm
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Egg 1
Corn flakes 200gm

Method
Beat butter with sugar till creamy , now add eggs and all dry ingredienst and mix, now make balls , roll in corn flakes and bake on 165 deg for 25 min .

Two tier cake:

Ingredients

Basic sponge 4
Whipped cream as required
Fruit cocktail 1tin
Straws as required


Method
Cut the sponge into pieces , now fill the filling , and frost with frosting make two separate cakes and decorate .
